For newcomers our services don’t cost anything. Once a match has been made and a newcomer starts working then we start charging the company. We work with different models.

This is hard to say. It can be as quick as a few months, but for others, it can take more than a year. First, it depends on your qualifications and experience and whether these align with the needs of companies/organizations. Furthermore, we still find that many companies want people to speak some Dutch. Finally, there is some luck involved as well. Due to the unpredictability, we always recommend that people continue searching on their own as well.

This depends on the job, the industry, experience, and other factors. We always aim to ensure that people receive a fair salary, including secondary labor conditions like pension benefits. It is not uncommon for people to start at the lower end of the salary range, but after a period of good performance (e.g., 6 months to 1 year), this will increase. All companies comply with Dutch labor laws.
